JOB SUMMARY:
This position is a technically skilled position involved in the installation, administration, and maintenance of physical and virtualized servers and related systems within the school system. This position provides technical support for the use of operating systems and applications software in a networked environment. This position assists in configuring, installing, troubleshooting, and problem solving. This position performs work under the general supervision of the Supervisor of Information Systems Support.
