Lead HVAC installation projects end-to-end across residential and commercial sites.

Set and enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards on every job.

Perform site assessments to scope requirements and shape installation plans.

Provide hands-on training, coaching, and support to junior team members.

Serve as the customer-facing lead for updates, walkthroughs, and issue resolution.

Maintain meticulous job records, including materials usage and time tracking.

Collaborate with service, sales, and scheduling to ensure seamless handoffs.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical HVAC education/certifications preferred.

5+ years of HVAC installation experience with 2+ years in a lead role.
