Orthodontic Regional Manager – Pacific Northwest
This role supports our Pacific Northwest market and requires travel across multiple states within the region. We welcome applications from candidates residing anywhere in the Pacific Northwest.

Job Summary
As a key person in carrying out our mission, the Regional Manager (RM) is responsible for overseeing all non-clinical operations of 10 or more practices within a geographic territory and providing leadership and guidance to the group of offices they support. They will be responsible for supporting the financial success of each practice by providing leadership to the Practice Manager (PM) and owning and driving revenue growth in your region. They will play a critical role in the regional expansion, process improvement initiatives, and development of all practice staff.
Summary of Essential Job Functions:
- Lead daily operations of all non-clinical activities within your region by providing leadership to the Practice Manager (PM), building exceptional teams, and driving revenue growth within your region.
- Travel to practices within your region to support operations, build and deliver training, and support partner doctors’ success.
- Build and foster a trusting relationship with the practice owners within your region to support them as a trusted advisors in growing their practices.
- Responsible for the profit and loss of the practice in partnership with the PM.
- Owns training and development of the PM.
- Present critical information to the Director of Operations and other key leaders within the organization.
Position Requirements:
- Multi-location Orthodontic operations experience in a customer or patient-based industry.
- Experience successfully coaching and developing teams.
- Prior profit and loss responsibility and the ability to interpret and act upon financial statements.
- Ability to travel up to (50%) of the time.
- Attend business meetings and present on key measures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to make independently sound decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Experience in a Dental / Orthodontic setting (Must)
- Regional Management experience (Required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
