Your responsibilities will include:
- Leasing and showing property
- Providing outstanding customer service to residents and owners
- Upholding company standard for condition of managed properties
- Regular site visits and safety inspections.
- Works well with others
- Assist with tenant billing
- Assist with scheduling maintenance
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft
- Strong Analytical skills
- a current Real Estate License
- Bilingual is a plus!
