Willow Glow Clinics is a growing aesthetics and wellness company with locations in San Jose and Milpitas. We specialize in advanced, non-invasive facial treatments, customized skincare programs, and premium anti-aging solutions.
We are looking for talented, energetic, and professional Licensed Estheticians who are passionate about skincare, delivering an excellent client experience, and helping clients commit to long-term treatment plans.
This is not a position where you simply perform a facial and send the client home. Our estheticians educate clients, identify their concerns, recommend the right treatment program, and help them achieve meaningful results.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional facial and skincare treatments within your California license and company training.
- Conduct detailed skin consultations and identify each client’s primary concerns.
- Explain treatment options, expected results, and recommended treatment frequency.
- Recommend customized treatment packages, memberships, and skincare products.
- Build trust with clients and create a premium, comfortable experience.
- Take professional before-and-after photos when authorized.
- Maintain accurate client notes, treatment records, and recommendations.
- Follow all sanitation, safety, consent, and clinic protocols.
- Maintain clean and fully prepared treatment rooms.
- Follow up with clients and support long-term retention.
- Work closely with the front desk, consultants, managers, and other team members.
- Participate in ongoing sales, product, and treatment training.
- Help the clinic meet individual and location performance goals.

Depending on your experience, licensing, and company training:
- Customized anti-aging facials
- Hydration and oxygen-boosting treatments
- Acne-focused skincare treatments
- LED light therapy
- Microcurrent treatments
- Nano-infusion treatments
- Skin-tightening and rejuvenation protocols
- Professional skincare product recommendations
All services must be performed within the permitted scope of practice and according to clinic protocols.

Previous experience in a day spa, med spa, aesthetics clinic, luxury spa, skincare clinic, or sales environment is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Schedule
Candidates should have flexible availability. Weekend and evening availability may be required depending on the location and schedule.
Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour
