Grounds Crew Member
Position Description:
Grounds Crew members perform a variety of lawn and landscape maintenance related jobs throughout the property at the Country Club of Lansing. Typical jobs include string trimming, raking sand traps and assisting with small landscape projects.
Progressive training in more skilled tasks and Equipment operation is available for employees who display satisfactory skill development and willingness to learn.
Details:
- Work days start at 6:00 AM and a typical work week includes 40 hours during April through October.
- Limited Weekend Hours are available
- Candidates MUST be able to consistently show up on time, possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
- Previous golf course experience, landscape maintenance and outdoor equipment operation is beneficial.
- The ideal candidate will maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
