We're seeking a Manager, Medical Imaging to lead a busy, high-performing ACR Diagnostic Imaging Center of Excellence facility in Lee’s Hill that supports both emergency and outpatient services. This leader will oversee a team of 60+ employees, including two modality supervisors and an office supervisor, while driving operational excellence, patient satisfaction, and team engagement.

What You'll Do
- Lead daily operations for a high-volume imaging department
- Ensure quality, throughput, and turnaround time goals are achieved
- Develop and coach leaders and staff
- Drive accountability, performance, and continuous improvement
- Support a 24/7 operation, including escalation management when needed
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in radiologic sciences, Diagnostic Imaging, Medical Technology, or related science field
- 4+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
- 2+ years of imaging-related experience
Preferred:
- Multi-modality imaging experience
- Strong background in X-Ray plus CT, MRI, and/or Ultrasound

Pay: $52.85 - $79.27 per hour
