Busy luxury custom building and remodeling company seeking a full-time Operations Manager. Our company environment is lively with many growth opportunities. This candidate must have strong leadership skills and be able to manage project managers, estimating, pre-construction, and design teams. This candidate will have the ability to meet time sensitive deadlines, work well under pressure in a high pace environment and work as an effective team player. Hours are 7:00-3:30, Mon-Fri. The office is located at 7th St & Thunderbird Rd.
Job duties:
- Oversee the company’s estimating, design, project managers, pre-construction, as well as all MP&E bids and procedures
- Direct pre-construction and design meetings and selections
- Communication with design team, pre-construction, project managers and estimating
- Communication with project managers, suppliers, scheduling and updating company's owner
- Overseeing and implementing daily tasks
- Assist the owner and ensure the projects are running smoothly and deadlines are being met.
- Ramping up jobs
- Verify purchasing team is on track
- Monitoring trackers and construction software to ensure that it is current and correct
- Coordinate with subcontractors to get bids
- Formulate cost break downs through construction process
- Maintain client relationships
- Building software entries Coconstruct Specific Skill Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Analyze drawings and specifications
- Maintain relationships with clients
- Be able to work well with Architects, Engineers, and Owners.
- Provide leadership in the preconstruction and design process
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Project, Outlook)
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications required
- Be able to multi-task with multiple projects
- Strong math and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Retain information of Projects
- Have a sense of urgency

*Reliable transportation is a must.

Job Type: Full-time, Monday thru Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm Pay: $78,000-$90,000 per year DOE
