Club and Recreational Coaches

Must have EVENING and WEEKEND availability
Position Summary:
The Boys & Girls Club is seeking Volleyball Coaches for various recreational and competitive (club) teams. This role focuses on creating affordable, inclusive programming while also developing higher-level competitive opportunities for youth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead practices for beginner and advanced players
- Teach fundamental and advanced volleyball skills
- Create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment
- Prepare teams for games and tournaments
- Support multiple volleyball seasons throughout the year
- Communicate with players, families, and staff
Qualifications:
- Volleyball playing and/or coaching experience
- Ability to work with all skill levels
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for youth development
- Availability in the evenings
Goal:
Provide affordable access to volleyball while growing competitive club-level opportunities.
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
