Roofing Technician
We are looking for a reliable Roofing Technician with prior hands-on roofing repair experience. This position requires field repair work, troubleshooting, leak detection, safe use of roofing tools, and the ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
Core Duties:
- Perform roof troubleshooting, leak detection, and repair work in the field.
- Respond to emergency roof repair calls, especially during adverse weather conditions.
- Communicate professionally with customers, management, install crews, and service personnel by phone, text, email, and in person.
- Review and respond to callbacks or recalls, including resolving customer concerns.
- Follow all company safety procedures.
- Perform other duties as directed by management.
Requirements:
- Prior hands-on roofing repair experience is required.
- Experience with roof repairs, troubleshooting, leak detection, and basic roofing tools.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and flexible with work hours.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- General knowledge of power tools and safe tool usage.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
- Must be able to pass random drug testing.
- Able to climb ladders, work on roofs and scaffolding, and work in hot, cold, noisy, cramped, or hazardous conditions.
- Must wear required safety gear and follow all safety rules.
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
