Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Full-Time Seasonal Room Attendant to join our team at Tolovana Inn In this vital role, you will ensure our guests enjoy clean, comfortable, and inviting accommodations. Your dedication to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality will directly contribute to the positive reputation of our properties. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about service and cleanliness to grow within a supportive environment. Plus though September 30th $1.00/hr. more incentive.
Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms thoroughly, including beds, bathrooms, floors, windows, and furniture
- Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, linens, and amenities to ensure guest comfort
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues or damages and report them promptly for resolution
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to maintain a hygienic environment
- Maintain cleanliness of hallways, stairwells, and common areas as assigned
- Assist with laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels
- Ensure all work areas are organized and equipment is properly maintained for efficiency
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles preferred; commercial cleaning or custodial experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated schedules
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout shifts
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork
