COMPETITIVE PAY BASED ON EXERIENCE AND SKILLS
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cooling Tower Technician to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the optimal operation of machinery by completing preventive maintenance requirements on manufacturing plant support equipment which includes cooling towers, chillers, air compressors (125-600 PSI), air conditioners, refrigeration systems, (York, Trane and Frigel)
Available Shifts
1st Shift - 8-hour shifts - Monday through Friday, Saturdays as needed, overtime and emergency on call as needed
Requirements/Responsibilities:
· Perform routine inspections and maintenance of cooling towers and components.
· Maintain and repair chillers and other refrigeration systems.
· Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
· Clean and service cooling tower components, including fans and nozzles.
· Inspect and test components to ensure they are working properly.
· Replace malfunctioning components.
· Request spare parts as necessary
· Conduct regular maintenance to minimize downtime.
· Document maintenance activities and performance metrics.
· Adjust systems for optimal flow rates and temperature control
· Collaborate with engineers to improve cooling tower performance.
· Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
