About CARE-INF™
CARE-INF™ is developing the nation's first Verified Competency Infrastructure™ designed to support nursing students, healthcare organizations, educators, and advanced practice providers throughout their professional journey.
Our Professional Practice Snapshot™ allows nursing students to document competency development, leadership experiences, clinical growth, professional achievements, certifications, and career readiness in a secure, longitudinal professional portfolio that grows with them throughout their careers.
Position Summary
Regional Snapshot Ambassadors are responsible for increasing awareness and adoption of the CARE-INF™ Professional Practice Snapshot™ throughout assigned colleges, universities, nursing programs, and healthcare communities.
Working alongside the CARE-INF™ leadership team, ambassadors will build relationships with nursing students, faculty, graduate nurses, and student organizations while promoting the value of verified competency development and professional readiness.
Every ambassador receives a personalized affiliate dashboard, referral link, and QR code to track referrals, commissions, and outreach activities.
Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as the CARE-INF™ representative within your assigned geographic region.
- Build relationships with nursing students across local colleges and universities.
- Promote the CARE-INF™ Professional Practice Snapshot™ through presentations, informational sessions, and networking.
- Introduce students to the benefits of maintaining a verified professional portfolio.
- Participate in career fairs, student organization meetings, pinning ceremonies, conferences, and professional networking events.
- Meet with nursing faculty and student leaders to introduce CARE-INF™ resources.
- Share your personalized QR code and referral link with interested students.
- Assist students with account creation and Snapshot™ onboarding.
- Provide monthly feedback to CARE-INF™ leadership regarding student needs and emerging trends.
- Represent CARE-INF™ professionally in both in-person and virtual settings.

Leadership experience is preferred but not required.

Compensation
Regional Snapshot Ambassadors receive a unique combination of guaranteed hourly pay and entrepreneurial earning potential.
Hourly Compensation
Ambassadors earn $10.00 per hour for approved activities including:
- CARE-INF™ training sessions
- Monthly regional meetings

Founding Ambassador Commission
As part of our inaugural ambassador program, ambassadors will receive a 50% commission on every verified Professional Practice Snapshot™ registration completed through their personal affiliate QR code or referral link during the Founding Ambassador Program period.
