Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Onsite Representative for an Agriculture company in Oxnard to join our team. The On-site will be responsible for providing on-site support to Temporary Employees and be the main point for of contact for employees.
Duties
- Hours –2pm to 10pm – Must be Flexible schedule, including weekends (Saturdays, some Sundays) and some holidays
- Ability to be on call
- Serve as a liaison between branch and Onsite client
- Report and document work-related accidents, incidents involving temporary employees
- Coaches, counsels, and motivates to increase employee retention.
- Effectively communicate to all candidates, clients, and internal staff in a professional manner
- Required to conduct weekly quality calls with all managers/supervisors and HR.
- Follow company process to maintain compliance standards.
- Work hand in hand with management to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Able to respond to last-minute client requests and work demands
- Communicate with clients daily.
- Drives and promotes Safety and Retention program
- Requirements and Qualifications:
- Ability to multitask and complete projects in a timely manner.
- Ability to work in a cold environment at some point of the scheduled shift.
- Must be bilingual ( English and Spanish)
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
