Hammer and Nails Grooming Shop for Guys is looking for an outgoing and energetic professional for the Powell location. You will be the front face of the business and help guests with service and membership decisions. This person should be a highly organized individual with excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties:
- Act as the first point of contact for members and new customers entering our brand
- Provide excellent communication skills and customer service skills
- Builds relationships with customers and team members, ensuring the Hammer & Nails experience is maintained
- Can effectively communicate pricing and memberships
- Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments
- Performs standard member account maintenance and review
