Impact 1 Financial is expanding in the Gastonia area and looking for a Territory Sales Representative who is confident, motivated, and ready to work directly with local businesses.
This is a field-based sales position where you’ll spend your time meeting with business owners, managers, HR representatives, and employees, building professional relationships and introducing products that support their teams. You’ll be backed by training, coaching, and a structured process designed to help you learn the business and build a strong foundation for long-term success.

What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with local businesses throughout your assigned territory
- Develop new business through referrals, networking, and direct outreach
- Conduct in-person appointments and presentations with prospective clients
- Meet with a variety of workplace contacts, including owners, managers, HR representatives, and employees
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide ongoing service and support
- Manage your schedule, appointments, and follow-up activity independently
- Track client interactions and sales activity using CRM tools
- Work closely with leadership and teammates while maintaining ownership of your territory

- Previous sales experience is helpful but not required
