- ✅ 2+ years of professional residential or commercial cleaning experience
- ✅ A smartphone for job management and communication
- ✅ Willingness to work as a 1099 independent contractor
- ✅ Strong work ethic and attention to detail

What You’ll Be Doing
- Residential home cleaning
- Post-construction cleaning
- Airbnb & vacation rental turnovers
- Move-in/move-out cleans
- Occasional light commercial jobs
Responsibilities include:
- Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas
- Dusting, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing
- Performing a pre-clean walk-through to set client expectations
- Working independently and efficiently
