Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging instructor-led training sessions on CPR, AED operation, ACLS, and PALS protocols for diverse audiences. We can assist with getting instructor certification.
- Utilize adult education techniques and classroom experience to create interactive lesson plans that cater to various learning styles.
- Demonstrate the proper use of first aid instruction simulation, emergency defibrillation trainers, and AED operation devices during practical exercises.
- Assess participant performance through skill demonstrations, simulations, and written evaluations to ensure competency.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of first aid protocols, emergency defibrillation procedures, and current certification standards.
- Prepare training materials, including lesson plans, instructional guides, and assessment tools that align with certification requirements.
- Provide clear communication and public speaking to foster a positive learning environment that motivates participants to master life-saving techniques.
Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex medical procedures clearly and confidently.
- Familiarity with first aid protocols, emergency defibrillation trainers, and the operation of AED devices.
