JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Work in the center Monday through Friday, 7:45 am - 4:15 pm
- Serve after-school clients in their homes or at center 4:00pm - 6:30pm (up to two days per week)
- Serve clients receiving in-home ABA (Within 10 miles of the center, when not working in the center)
- Directly Implement Individualized Treatment Plans under the direction of BCBA
- Record client data into the Central Reach program.
- Convert appointments into billing
- Write detailed SOAP notes
- Client material creation and preparation
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to create and maintain a positive therapeutic environment.
- Maintains and organizes patient materials necessary for therapy treatment
- Probe targets and future programs of clients
- Reinforce staff for correct and motivated work Plan
- Attend weekly team meetings with BCBA
- Other projects and duties as assigned
- Attend Quarterly in-service trainings and team bonding activities
- General End-of-day Cleaning Duties
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma (College Degree preferred).
- No criminal background.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Able to lift at least 40 pounds, to sit on the floor, and to be physically active.
