About the Role
As a Flexographic Printing Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving high-quality output on narrow-web printing equipment. You will leverage your technical expertise to optimize press performance, ensuring that every project meets rigorous precision standards while contributing to our overall manufacturing efficiency.
Responsibilities-
Configure and manage narrow-web flexographic presses to achieve superior print quality and color consistency.

Continuously monitor production runs to proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.

Execute preventative maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting to maximize equipment uptime.

Partner with production staff to streamline workflows and ensure timely delivery of high-volume orders.

Document production metrics and operational data to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Uphold strict safety protocols and quality assurance standards throughout the entire printing lifecycle.
Qualifications-
High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Demonstrated professional experience operating narrow-web flexographic printing machinery.

Deep technical understanding of flexographic print processes and press mechanics.

Proven ability to perform mechanical diagnostics and routine equipment maintenance.

Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high-quality output.

Formal technical training or certification in printing technology.

Hands-on experience with Mark Andy, Symjet, or MPS press platforms.
