About the Role
As a Manager in Training, you’ll learn all aspects of spa operations while working closely with leadership. Through hands-on training, you’ll develop the skills needed to successfully manage a tanning and wellness spa and lead a high-performing team.
What You’ll Learn & Do
- Assist with day-to-day operations
- Learn to lead, train, schedule, and motivate a team
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support guest satisfaction
- Develop sales skills, including memberships and retail performance
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and equipment standards
- Learn opening/closing procedures and administrative duties
- Gain knowledge of tanning and wellness services, products, and regulations
Qualifications
- Customer service or retail experience preferred (management experience a plus, but not required)
- Strong communication and leadership potential
- Sales-minded with a positive, outgoing attitude
- Reliable, professional, and eager to learn
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Interest in wellness, skincare, or tanning services
