Seeking a couple individuals. All must have wide array of home repair service knowledge. Pay will be completely based on experience and is negotiable.
These are subcontracting positions (1099), but will need these positions worked on a full-time, M-F basis. Not looking for a company, more like individuals who are able to dedicate their week to these jobs. These positions are ongoing, regular and you will unlikely go without work. Each day will be unique. You will have full time work available and steady work. This is a position that will be working with senior citizens and is very rewarding. Do not need to know everything, hiring those with different skill sets. But the more variety, the better. Must be strongly proficient in construction of some sort. Painting only will not work, sorry.
Must have own truck and tools (pay will take this into consideration). Please do not apply if you do not meet these qualifications. Also, county agencies require background checks - so we will as well due to senior's homes. No felony considered because of this.
