Join our vibrant Floral and Wine Bar as a passionate and energetic Bartender, where you will craft exquisite beverages, serve delightful floral-inspired cocktails, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of floral-themed cocktails, wines, craft beers, and spirits with precision and flair.
- Develop unique beverage recipes that highlight floral ingredients and enhance guest experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, offering wine pairings, and answering questions about our menu offerings.
- Use Toast POS system to process cash transactions accurately while maintaining efficient service flow.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols.
- Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor beverage levels to ensure smooth operations during busy hours.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage pairings for special events or banquets.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently while providing attentive service.
- Uphold hospitality industry standards by ensuring all food handling, alcohol service regulations, and safety procedures are followed diligently.

Skills
- Proven cocktail crafting skills with knowledge of mixology techniques and beverage recipe development.
- Deep understanding of wine varieties, wine tasting notes, and wine service etiquette.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing busy bar periods.
- General wine knowledge, extensive is even better!
- Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining quality standards.
- Familiarity with food safety practices, food handling procedures, and sanitation regulations in the food industry.
- Basic math skills for retail math calculations such as change handling, inventory counts, and sales tracking.
- Previous experience in restaurant or banquet settings is advantageous to ensure versatile service capabilities.
