As an Entry-Level Management Associate, you’ll begin by developing a strong foundation in sales, customer engagement, communication, and business operations. As you gain experience and demonstrate strong performance, you’ll have opportunities to take on additional leadership responsibilities, coach team members, and support the growth of the organization.
Entry-Level Management Associate Core Responsibilities:
- Interact directly with customers, understand their needs, answer questions, and create a professional customer experience.
- Learn and execute proven sales strategies to generate new business and achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Help identify new sales opportunities and contribute to customer acquisition efforts.
- Develop strong relationships with customers through professional communication and consistent follow-up.
- Assist with daily sales activities, customer accounts, reporting, and team objectives.
- Monitor sales activity and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with teammates and management to accomplish daily and weekly goals.
- Participate in ongoing training focused on sales, communication, leadership, and business operations.
