Education and/or Experience:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent is required or
- A minimum of two (2) years' of related work experience.
- In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an Associate's degree in Engineering or equivalent and
A minimum of one (1) year related work experience
Knowledge/Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to discuss product flaws in a constructive and positive manner. Written skills, particularly in the area of technical writing, are preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to prepare test reports and proposals
