Stevanato Group is seeking Maintenance Operators (TMP) for our Fishers IN site!
Objective: Maintenance of the production lines.
In this position the Maintenance Operator will:

Execute maintenance work on the production lines, according to the maintenance plan and MTL indications

Receive and share a report of the breakdown and activities that occur during the shift

Report any machinery non-conformity detected in terms of efficiency, safety and quality

Record all production activities on the dedicated software and/or form
-
Execute a line setup and support production during start-up phase
-
Support continuous improvement activities, both internal and external
-
Support colleagues, new employees and operators in production activities when needed.
Qualification Requirements

Read electrical diagram and mechanical drawings

Breakdown analysis and problem-solving techniques
-
Mechanical, electrical, software and automatic inspection system knowledge
-
Maintenance software knowledge
-
Ability to use main maintenance machine/tools
-
Computer/Microsoft office
