Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated local haul CDL A Driver to join our transportation team! As a CDL A Driver, you will be the backbone of our agricultural logistics operations, ensuring timely and safe delivery of freight across various routes. Your expertise in commercial truck driving, combined with your commitment to safety and customer service, will drive our success forward. Duties
- Safely operate tractor-trailers and other commercial vehicles on local and/or over-the-road (OTR) routes
- Navigate routes efficiently using GPS navigation systems to ensure timely deliveries across multiple locations
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, delivery records, and cargo documentation in accordance with DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with DOT standards
- Requirements
- Valid CDL A license with clean driving record and proven experience in commercial truck driving
- Experience operating tankers and/or dump trailers preferred
- Knowledge of FMCSA regulations, DOT requirements
- Ability to handle manual transmission vehicles and perform manual handling tasks safely
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems for route planning and execution
- Delivery driver experience with a focus on route driving and customer service excellence
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to the transportation industry

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
