In this role, you’ll be a key leader supporting daily operations, developing team members, and ensuring every guest—whether dining in, ordering takeout, or attending an event—has an exceptional experience.

What You’ll Do
Support day-to-day restaurant operations and team supervision
Ensure excellent food quality, presentation, and service standards
Create a welcoming, professional environment for every guest
Help drive a positive guest experience from arrival to departure
Develop & Support the Team
Train and coach staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and promotions
Mentor team members and support performance improvement
Reinforce company policies, procedures, and service expectations
Foster a positive, team-oriented workplace culture
Ensure Food Safety & Quality
Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards
Support proper food preparation, handling, and delivery
Ensure all certifications (e.g., ServSafe) are current and compliant
Step In & Solve Problems
Fill in where needed to keep operations running smoothly
Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care
Empower staff to deliver excellent service and resolve issues
Oversee Beverage Operations (Where Applicable)
Support inventory, ordering, and cost control for bar operations
Ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and age verification
Train staff on responsible alcohol service and safety practices
Take proactive steps to reduce liability and ensure guest safety
Assist with inventory tracking and reporting
Ensure accurate cash handling and adherence to procedures
Support cost control and profitability initiatives
Ensure a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment
Enforce sanitation, safety, and operational standards
Complete and oversee required checklists and procedures
What We’re Looking For
High School Diploma or GED required
2+ years in food & beverage leadership or supervisory role
Experience training and managing team members
Experience with bar/beverage operations and compliance preferred
Strong leadership and team development skills
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory, and cost control
Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer programs
Ability to stay calm, make decisions, and lead under pressure
High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
