High Rock Security is growing, and we’re looking to build a strong SF/Bay Area team to staff festivals and special events across California and Nevada. Our busy season runs May–November, and we’re expanding toward year-round opportunities for dependable agents who want to grow with us.
We are currently staffing for events and festivals like Hardly Strictly Bluegrass, Burning Man Decompression, SF Jazz, and more—and we want you on the team.

Requirements
- A California Guard Card is needed to work shifts. Don’t have one? We’ll guide you through the process and provide all necessary training.
- Professional attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to keep calm in high-energy environments.
