Norris Family Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Caregiver to provide non-medical in-home care services for a client located in the 4S Ranch area of San Diego County.
The ideal candidate must be flexible and willing to work both a morning shift and an evening shift on the same day, as required by the client's schedule.
Position Details
- Location: 4S Ranch, CA
- Schedule: Approximately 35 hours per week
- Employment Type: Part-Time with potential for additional hours
- Start Date: Immediate opening available

Responsibilities
- Personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
- Companionship and emotional support
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Mobility and transfer assistance
- Transportation to appointments and errands (if applicable)
- Monitoring client safety and well-being
- Accurate documentation and communication with the care team
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional caregiving experience required
- Experience working with seniors preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to pass background screening
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
- Current CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
Preferred Candidate
We strongly prefer applicants who live in or near the 4S Ranch, Rancho Bernardo, Poway, Rancho Peñasquitos, or surrounding areas to ensure reliable attendance and minimize commute times.
Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
