This position reports to the Managing Director of CHC Wellbeing, Inc. (“CHC”). For over 22 years, CHC Wellbeing has worked with companies across the country to create a workplace community that makes employee wellbeing a top priority. We provide a high-touch, onsite and telephonic experience that provides clinically-based interventions that improve member health. Combined with our suite of digital and mobile tools, we go beyond just physical health and provide personalized digital health journeys where the member is in the driver’s seat. Client Services Representative is responsible for clerical and administrative tasks to support our clients and participants. Responsibilities include answering phones, returning voice messages, answering participant questions and chat messages, researching member portal log in issues and supporting the daily operations of the company. Responsibilities also include assisting with data input of participant biometric and health assessment data and additional projects as assigned. Account Management support tasks include client program set up and monitoring, marketing printing and shipping, as well as working with Account Managers when necessary.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Important responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Participant Support
· Answering phones and assist with participant questions and issues.
· Manage the chat feature on the member portal
· Maintain the department voicemail and respond in a timely manner
· Troubleshoot participant issues with member portal log in and password reset
· Assist participants with scheduling health screening appointments
Data Input and Support Assistance
· Post processing data input when required
· Physician form and health assessment data input
· Provide back up and support to other operations team members with printing of event paperwork
· Assist with additional projects when necessary.
Account Manager Support
· Assist with client program set up.
· Printing and shipping client program materials.
· Assist with Account Management additional project when needed.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
· Ability to work in a team based, collaborative environment
· Fluent in English, Spanish and Polish a plus
· Flexibility and ability to prioritize tasks as assigned
· Knowledge of HIPAA
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects at one time while paying strict attention to detail
· Excellent organizational skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
· Experience in client services environment
· Experience in the wellness field/industry is preferred
· Previous work experience
· Minimum High School Graduate
LANGUAGE SKILLS: English, Spanish, Polish a plus
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Basic skills.
COMPUTER SKILLS: Excellent computer skills with proficiency in the Microsoft Suite (not limited to Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
REASONING ABILITY: Must possess sound judgment, business acumen skills and maintain confidentiality.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
