As an AT&T Agent, you’ll begin with hands-on sales training to master the technical edge of AT&T Fiber, ensuring you can explain symmetrical speeds to local customers with total confidence. The AT&T Agent will then drive sales by talking to customers to showcase how fiber-optic reliability eliminates the frustration of dropped video calls.
Responsibilities of the AT&T Agent
- Engage customers in approachable conversations that introduce AT&T Fiber as the simplest way to upgrade their home connectivity.
- Prepare simple enrollment materials and onboarding tools that help customers compare speed tiers and choose the right plan with confidence.
- Build trust at pop‑ups and activations by showing how AT&T Fiber enhances work, school, entertainment, and multi‑device living.
- Lead prospects through the full enrollment process with accurate documentation, clear expectations, and smooth coordination with installation teams.
- Track sales metrics and customer insights to refine outreach across local residential, tourism, and university‑adjacent communities.
- Support market growth with AT&T Agents by maintaining proactive follow‑up that aligns sales goals with Fiber adoption targets.
Qualifications of the AT&T Agent
- Experience in sales or customer support is a plus.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
