Occult Mental Health is growing, and we're looking for a compassionate, motivated Master's Level Licensed Social Worker (LSW) to join our team.

What You'll Do
- Provide individual psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults.
- Open to providing couples counseling.
- Develop treatment plans and maintain timely documentation.
- Collaborate with psychiatric providers, therapists, and nursing staff.
- Participate in interdisciplinary case consultation.
- Build a specialty practice focused on complex mental health conditions.
Areas of Clinical Focus

Schedule
This is a hybrid position requiring:
- A minimum of one in-office clinical day per week
- Remaining sessions may be completed via telehealth based on patient needs
- Some evening availability is preferred to accommodate patient demand
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Active Illinois Licensed Social Worker (LSW)
- Eligible for clinical supervision toward LCSW
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for trauma-informed, evidence-based care
- Comfortable treating children, adolescents, adults, and couples
- Commitment to professional growth and lifelong learning
