Job Summary
The Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator is responsible for organizing materials, preparing fence packages for upcoming jobs, maintaining inventory accuracy, operating forklifts, and keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient.
This position is primarily outdoor work and requires someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, and taking pride in keeping things organized.

Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory
- Package and stage materials for upcoming fence installations
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely
- Load and unload deliveries
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials
- Track inventory levels and report shortages
- Assist with inventory counts and audits
- Ensure installation crews have the correct materials prepared and ready each day
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Help improve warehouse organization and efficiency
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure projects run smoothly

Qualifications
- Forklift experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
- Valid Driver's License preferred
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials
- Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic computer and inventory tracking skills are a plus

Work Environment
This position is primarily outdoors and involves regular lifting, loading, unloading, walking, and warehouse organization activities.
