Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Registered Line Technician
Lafayette, LA | Full-Time | Daytime Hours
Pay: $14–15/hour (based on experience/credentials/degree)
Schedule: 7:45–3:15 (4:00 on Mondays)

Your Role
- Provide 1:1 ABA services focused on developing communication, social, play, and daily living skills
- Foster a positive and encouraging environment
- Support clients ages 18 months–21 years
- Collect and summarize session data to track progress
- Collaborate with BCBAs and team members who share a commitment to kindness, service, and excellence

Requirements
- Age 21+Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check
- Ability to stay active and lift up to 50 lbs
- Willing to complete RBT certification within 6 months (paid training provided)
Preferred
- Degree in psychology, ABA, education, or related field
- Experience with children or individuals with disabilities
