In this position, you will be working alongside the Warehouse Operations Manager & Warehouse Operations Assistant to oversee daily operations at our warehouse and working as a team with the warehouse associates to prep and ship items. This is a hands-on role where your time will be split between prepping, packing, and shipping incoming inventory as well as handling management duties.
General Warehouse Responsibilities:
- Efficiently and precisely pick, prepare, and pack orders for shipment
- Organizing and maintaining inventory (stored inventory)
- Use computer software to label and ship items
- Maintain a clean/safe work environment
- Work with technology (labeling & shipping software, basic spreadsheets, zebra printers)
- Pay attention to detail
- Work proactively as a small team & independently
- Lift boxes up to 50 lbs

- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack)
Key Prep & Pack Responsibilities:
- Prep and label inventory for shipment while maintaining quality/speed standards
- Use computer software to label and ship items
- Problem solve inventory & software issues as needed
- Help maintain a safe and clean work environment
Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Assist with incoming shipments, file packing slips/BOLs, and update internal tracking software for incoming shipments
- Help implement new initiatives as we grow and improve our processes
- Hold the team accountable to the standards that keep our warehouse running smoothly
- Attend meetings with management to discuss warehouse/inventory updates (as needed)
- Assist with training new warehouse associates
- Assist with Merchant Fulfillment shipments as assigned
- Assist with monitoring/ordering packing supplies
- Assist Warehouse Operations & Logistics Managers with any additional duties
- Forklift certification
- OSHA certification required
- Operate forklift for daily operations

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
