A Project Manager manages painting projects and is ultimately responsible for every project they are assigned. Prior experience as a painter or in the industry is a plus!
The employee is responsible for managing and scheduling of painting crews, managing customer expectations, ensuring painter success, ensuring brand standards are being followed by painters, responding to customer questions and complaints during projects, project close-out, soliciting Five-Star reviews, assuring customer satisfaction, and other duties as assigned. We are actively looking for a Project Manager in Northern/Central Delaware. Must live in the territory to apply.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee subcontractors.
- Ensure projects are kept on schedule and within budget while meeting client's needs and delivering a quality project.
- Help problem-solve with crew leads if problems arise on any project.
- Generate schedules and plans of operation for painting projects.
- Upsell additional services to ongoing projects/customers.
- Identify potential issues and ensure timely decisions are made.
- Self-generation of leads.
- Pursue strategic relationships on behalf of company (realtors, property managers, roofers, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Ability to learn and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Traveling within the Territory on a daily basis.
- Must have a clean driving record
- Self-motivated.
- Superb time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and reliable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in the use of a personal computer/cell phone and software programs.
- Must live in or easily commute to the territory to apply for the Project Manager position.
Compensation Benefits:
● Two weeks’ vacation (ten days) after a six-month waiting period
