We are looking for motivated Skilled Construction Laborers to join our team. Skilled laborers will assist foremen with tasks such as material handling, piping, concrete work, trenching, demolition, painting, and other job-specific tasks to ensure successful project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist foremen with various construction tasks, including material transport, trench work, piping, concrete, demolition, and painting.
- Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Ensure strict adherence to client and company safety, health, and environmental policies/procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Be self motivated and willing to work in a team setting with a goal to continue to learn and grow their skills.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Required:
- Minimum of 1 year of construction experience (piping and/or concrete experience preferred).
- Maintain a Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in various outdoor field conditions.
- Reliable, punctual, and maintains a positive "can-do" attitude.
- Flexibility to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including overtime as needed.
Preferred:
- Experience operating heavy equipment.
- 40-Hour OSHA Certification.
- Basic math and computer skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly pay range: $18.00 - $24.00 (commensurate with experience and certifications).
