Construction Laborer – Lyford, TX 78569 (Harlingen Area)
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour Job Type: Temporary | Strong potential to extend Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Start Date: July 13, 2025 Work Location: In person
What You’ll Be Doing
- Unboxing and team-lifting 100lb+ computer servers onto designated equipment racks
- Assisting with cable management and basic server setup tasks
- Working in an outdoor, labor-intensive environment (dusty and humid conditions expected)
- Following all site safety procedures and supervisor direction
- On-site training provided for all technical tasks — no prior experience needed
Requirements
- Steel-toe work boots required on day one
- Must be able to lift 55lbs+ overhead consistently throughout the shift
- Reliable transportation to the Lyford / Harlingen, TX area
- Must be punctual and able to commit to the full Monday–Friday schedule
- No tech background required — we train on the job
