Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Guest Services/Assistant Administrator to join our team in providing exceptional care and support within a senior living or long-term care environment. This role combines front-line guest relations with administrative oversight, ensuring residents, families, and visitors experience a warm, welcoming atmosphere, provide community tours to prospective new residents and their families while maintaining smooth operational functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of assisted living
Duties
- Arrive to work on time and prepared for your shift.
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance keeping the front entrance, lobby, and reception areas clean and organized.
- Ensure all people you meet are welcomed warmly to the community.
- Monitor all visitor, requesting them to sign in and out of the logbook, reporting suspicious persons or activity immediately to the supervisor.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Maintain communities lost and found.
- Conduct community tours and interviews of residents/guardians and obtain required information and signatures.
- Forward all documentation regarding tours to the Administrator and Marketing Director.
- Assist in maintaining all marketing collateral material. Responsible for keeping collateral material fully stocked.
- Support Administrator, Marketing Director, and department heads in administrative functions.
- Assure that work/assignment areas are clean and records, files, etc., are properly stored before leaving such areas on breaks, end of workday, etc.
- Notify Administrator and call for assistance on all care needs of the residents and their families.
- Refer resident and family inquiries and problems to the Administrator.
- Encourage teamwork through open communication with associates.
- Perform other duties as consistent with the position and assigned by the Administrator
- Reordering medication, sending physician orders, putting monthly cycle away keeping med chart organized
- Filling orders
- Updated important information
- Help with monthly CNA schedule
- Knowing what is going on with each resident communicating it to Family, RN and Administrator.
- On call to answers question or help fill in CNA shifts

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
