Robert High Development is seeking a Senior Accountant who will provide support for Administration. The position will be involved with accounting functions, property and vehicle insurance as well as working with the team for accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with accounting regulations, and providing financial analysis to support strategic business decisions. This role will assist in maintaining the financial integrity of an organization through accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial analysis. A combination of technical accounting expertise with leadership and business partnership responsibilities to support organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Manage general ledger activities, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
- Reconcile bank accounts, intercompany transactions, and balance sheet accounts.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and reports.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Assist with compliance with tax regulations and corporate policies.
- Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable activities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting software/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
- 3–7+ years of accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
