Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality Advanced Life Support (ALS) care during interfacility and medical transports
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and clinical decision-making
- Administer medications and advanced interventions per protocol
- Complete accurate and timely ePCR documentation (ESO preferred)
- Document all patient interactions, treatments administered, and incident details thoroughly and accurately
- Communicate effectively with sending/receiving facilities
- Maintain readiness of ALS equipment, medications, and vehicle
- Adhere to all company policies, clinical protocols, and safety standards
- Repressent Royal Medical Transportation with professionalism at all times
Required Qualifications
- Valid certification as an Advanced Life Support (ALS) provider or equivalent credential recognized by relevant authorities
- Current Virginia Paramedic certification (or eligibility)
- Valid Virginia driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Active NREMT-P
- Current ACLS, PALS, and BLS
- Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and physical
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
