Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
- Operate a multi-line phone system and direct calls.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and organize meetings.
- Assist with filing, proofreading, bookkeeping, and office supply management.
- Support overall office operations and collaborate with coworkers.
