The Vision Centers are expanding and seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Expeditor Technician to support our Henderson Las Vegas location.

About the Role
As an Expeditor Technician, you will play a key role in supporting the optical department by tracking orders, managing inventory, and coordinating with internal teams and vendors. Your work directly contributes to a seamless patient experience.
What You’ll Do
- Track and monitor eyewear orders to ensure timely delivery
- Communicate with vendors, optical staff, and front office to resolve order issues
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming frames, lenses, and supplies
- Maintain organized inventory and update tracking systems
- Prepare eyewear for fittings, adjustments, and patient pick-ups
- Perform accurate data entry for orders and inventory updates
- Provide general support to the optical team as needed
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ year of experience in inventory, logistics, shipping/receiving, retail, or healthcare preferred (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Dependable, punctual, and highly organized
- Basic computer skills; experience with order tracking systems is an asset
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Interest in optical or healthcare operations is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
- Health, dental, and vision insurance (50% employer contribution for health and dental)
- 401(k) plan eligibility after 1 year
- Paid time off and 4 paid holidays after 60 days

Schedule
- Full-time, 8-hour shifts
- Monday to Friday, plus required Saturdays (8:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
- Closed on major holidays
Additional Requirements
- Ability to commute to or relocate to Las Vegas, NV 89052 prior to start date
- This is an on-site position
