Corporate Partnerships Manager

Position Summary
The Corporate Partnerships Manager is responsible for developing, securing, and stewarding high-value corporate relationships that advance Pink Fund’s mission and revenue goals. This role prospects for national corporate fundraising efforts, including corporate philanthropy, sponsorships, cause marketing, workplace giving, and advertising/sponsorship sales for Pink Fund’s digital magazine, Breast Cancer Wellness.

Key Responsibilities
Corporate Partnerships & Sponsorships (50%)
- Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward corporate partners across industries including healthcare, pharma, financial services, mortgage, insurance, retail, and consumer brands.
- Develop customized partnership proposals.
- Manage and grow new corporate relationships, ensuring exceptional stewardship and renewal.
- Assist with corporate sponsorship strategy for Pink Fund’s annual gala and other signature events.
- Collaborate with marketing to deliver sponsor benefits and donor visibility.
Cause Marketing & National Campaigns (20%)
- Expand Pink Fund’s cause-marketing and corporate-giving portfolio by securing national and regional partnerships across point-of-sale fundraising, give-back/percentage-of-sales promotions, and custom co-branded campaigns or products.
- Negotiate agreements, manage compliance, and ensure campaigns align with legal and brand standards.
Digital Magazine Sponsorship & Advertising (20%)
- Assist with identifying additional sources for advertising sales, sponsored content, and annual sponsorship packages.
- Build relationships with companies seeking targeted visibility to women, caregivers, and healthcare audiences.
- Work with editorial and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of sponsor content.
Strategic Partnerships (10%)
- Support the development of strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical and industry partners to advance mission-aligned programs and initiatives.
- Work with community outreach staff to spot emerging partnership opportunities and develop new revenue-generating initiatives.

Required Qualifications (Nonprofit Fundraising Focused)
- 5–7+ years of nonprofit fundraising experience, with a strong emphasis on corporate giving, corporate philanthropy, CSR partnerships, or cause marketing.
- Demonstrated success securing five- and six-figure corporate gifts, sponsorships, or cause marketing agreements for a nonprofit organization.
- Experience managing a corporate fundraising portfolio, including prospecting, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
- Familiarity with nonprofit fundraising best practices, donor stewardship, and ethical standards.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills; comfortable presenting to executives and corporate decision-makers.
- Ability to manage multiple revenue streams and prioritize high-impact opportunities.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
