We are seeking a dedicated and creative Therapist (LSW/LISW or LPC/LPCC) to deliver group and individual therapy services to clients in our school based partners. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about early intervention, trauma-informed care, and helping children learn emotional regulation, social skills, and coping strategies in a supportive setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapy to children ages 3–12
- Develop and implement age-appropriate, individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, case managers, and support staff to support each child’s progress
- Utilize play therapy, CBT, and other evidence-informed approaches
- Complete timely clinical documentation
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and family engagement as needed
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy
- Active licensure in the state of Ohio (LSW, LPC, MFT required; LISW, LPCC, IMFT preferred)
- Experience working with children, preferably in a clinical or school-based setting
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and child development
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
