As an Automotive Store Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of your location. Your role includes:
Leading daily operations to achieve sales and profit growth
Building, hiring, and developing a high-performing team aligned with company culture
Ensuring all shop processes, inspections, and safety procedures are followed
Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining shop cleanliness & professionalism
Managing P&L responsibilities, including payroll, inventory, cost of goods, and quality control
Representing the company as the face of the business in your community

Proven leadership experience in automotive service or related field
Strong understanding of vehicle repair and maintenance operations
Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and drive results
Excellent communication & sales skills with customers and staff
Professional, customer-first mindset with a strong work ethic
Leadership training/certifications a plus
