While NO Experience in lawn care is necessary, you will need ALL of the following to be considered for this position:
· A professional appearance
· The physical ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly and to walk several miles a day
· The ability to be dependable and to work independently during the workday with little supervision, once trained
· Reliable transportation to ensure you will arrive ready to work each day
· This job does NOT include mowing
· This position does NOT require an valid Driver's License

· This is a temporary position. $500 bonus for completing the schedule 8/31-10/3. After completion of your initial training, as an Aeration & Seeding Helper with NaturaLawn of America you will assist the Aeration & Seeding Lead in Aerating & Seeding lawns allowing homeowners to have the lawn they desire.
This includes the operation of a walk-behind aerator, spreading of granular materials and seed and operating a blower to clean-up after the work has been completed.
