Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our team. The BDC Representative is responsible for managing customer communications, generating appointments, and supporting both the sales and service departments by ensuring a smooth and professional experience from the first contact.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound phone calls, emails, and online inquiries
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce dealership promotions and offers
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales and service teams
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Follow up with past customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Assist with marketing and outreach campaigns to increase traffic
- Meet and exceed monthly appointment and follow-up goals
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, business development, or sales preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, customer-first attitude with excellent phone etiquette
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Proficiency with computers and CRM systems
- Positive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work evenings and weekends when required
