Polk, East Pasco, Manatee, Sarasota, and Hillsborough (Plant City, Riverview, Valrico, Sun City areas) Counties.

Our founder is a practicing SLP who understands the real-world challenges of home health: long travel routes, complex clinical decisions, and navigating referrals for outside services. You’ll have direct access to mentorship, clinical guidance, and practical support from someone who truly understands the work.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat adult patients in the home health setting
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Florida SLP license
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
- Adult population experience
- CPR certification
- Consent to Level II AHCA background screening (https://info.flclearinghouse.com)
- Excellent communication skills
